Can Biofeedback help someone suffering from muscle tension?

I struggle tremendously from muscle tension as a byproduct of my Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder. Would biofeedback teach me to manage muscle pain resulting from anxiety? BTW, I have gone to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (which helped me incredibly) and am beginning to practice breathing exercises (with some success). My muscle tension seems to be my final obstacle. Thanks so much in advance all who take the time to answer.

Absolutely. It is a great tool especially for muscle tension. BFT trains the body to respond as it wishes. Is so worth your while.

get stoned that should help the muscle spasms or whatever they are and it could do the OCD good too!
