I have a question about bipolar disorder?

OK, my boyfriend i think he might be bipolar.
He will be ok one day or a part of the day or it could be days.
Then he will start thing about all kinds of bad things and kinda flipp out on me or cry or be upset.
Could this be bipolar

there are many types of bipolar, it could be. i suggest you check out some bipolar websites. he could also just be suffering clinical depression and anxiety. some people suffer 4 or more episodes of mania with mild depression over the period of a year. some people suffer really bad depressive episodes, 4 or more over the period of a year, with hypomania (not serious manic episodes), some people have cyclothemia which can lead to full blown depression, and some people have serious bipolar, called ultrarapid cycling, 4 episodes over the course of weeks, and then some people are ultrid cylcers, suffering episodes over the course of days. if you suspect he is, encourage him to go see a professional, it is possible to lead a normal life with the right kind of help. i wish you the best...

Bipolar disorder is nothing to mess around with. I would suggest he talk with some one ASAP. Knowing if you have it or not is the first step to living a happy normal life.

As for you, I was in a relationship with someone who has this disorder for a few years and if she was on her meds life was a joy. If she chose to self medicate and stop taking them it went bad fast followed by months of getting back to what is normal for them. Normal in a relationship with anyone who has a mental disorder is very hard!!! Keep that in mind.

It very well could be.
It could be a mix of other disorders too.
Do some research on the internet and you will find your answer.
It could also just be fluctuating of hormones (most likely).
Guys, scientifically, have a time of the month like women do.
He could just be going through and wave of hormones.
