I have donated blood of 300 ml this tuesday, It's totally normal. When you donate blood you obviously have less blood in your system & this will cause your blood pressure to drop & you to feel weak. I wouldn't woryr about it just drink plenty of fluids. something sugary & you'll be fine! You just lost 300ml of blood, It's to be expected. OMG- I hope they used a clean needle. That happened to my friend and he got AIDS!! |
