Can u donate blood a bit before the next approximate donation date? |
i've donated blood to the red cross before, and i was wondering if they would allow u donate again before the next approximate donation date listed for u online. - perhaps a week early? The Red Cross is pretty strict that you can only donate every 56 days the real answer is that technically you'd be alright to donate a week early if you are in pretty good health and fit...BUT of course the rules are made for people that are not even in moderate physical condition...so plan accordingly :) Yeah , Of course don't donate blood again untill Dr guide you to donate blood....... |
