How do JW handle the change of blood transfusions doctrine?

Just curiuos since the belief has changed on how the Society interprets what and whats not okay in regards to blood transfusion.. Those who are martyrs on the past belief are those who setup the prior accountable for those deaths. Would that be considered murder or blood in their hands..

i'm a JW and i don't fully understand your ?. The belief hasn't really ever changed, the understanding just became clearer.
but in my opinion if the "belief" changes then so be it, it doesn't shake my faith whatsoever

No Blood, have it recorded in my back pocket that I carry everywhere in case I am unable to speak and fall on my ***.
