I had breast augmentation while pregnant. ? |
I had breast augmentation and was 4-5 weeks pregnant. I'm shocked since the doctor did a pregnancy test and claims I tested negative. I'm scared and mad at the doctor. Any suggestions on to what I should do? I was told at a young age that I wouldn't be able to get pregnant as I've only had 3 periods since I was 15...26 now. I couldn't possibly tell the dr. there was a possibility I was pregnant. well maybe the test was negative because you were so early in the pregnancy and it didn't pick up on the hormone. Regardless, you need to consult this issue with your obgyn and see what risks there were and get checked out. I don't think suing would do any good. You did opt for this surgury What is the issue? What is ur concern? The risk of complications was increased, but if there were no ill effects, what are ur damages? If he did the test, and that is the normal procedure in such a situation, and it came up negative then what could he have done differently? If u or the fetus have been harmed, request copies of ur medical records from the DR and consult an attorney. You have to understand that if u misrepresented the chance of u possibly being pregnant, that will be held against u, as the DR may have proceeded in a different manner or taken multiple prego tests. Sometimes there are false negatives, and vise versa. Pershaps the test was negative, you can get false readings. Had you not missed a period or had any signs beforehand? |

It was really sore if you stretched too mu... the doctor told you it was normal. its normal. do you think the doctor would lie about something like that? ...there one in mission valley but its expensive if that what you want ...I think the answer to that would depend on finances. Can you comfortably afford for you to have this done? Have you asked your husband why he's against it? In the end, it's your body a... Depending on where you go it is around 5000-7000. Make sure you do lots of research on the surgeon. I hear that the "gummy bear" implants are the best! They are more of a natural feeling... |
