Getting a breast augmentation?

I am currently a size 36B and I plan to go to a size 36E. I really just want to be a size above most of the porn stars in this nation. What do you think?

Thats a big jump, but what ever makes you happy. With that big of jump theres alot more to consider. Have you consulted with a surgeon yet? Might i suggest Dr Stephen Greenberg, hes the best breast surgeon in new york, im impressed with his work. Maybe he can help you achieve this in a safe, natural looking way.

That will be painful. You will end up not liking it because it will hurt your back to carry them around everywhere. I think you should be okay with the size you are. 36E would get in the way I would think.
