Vanity is a sinful attitude.

God will refashion all of His servants in perfection and forever made youthful and beautiful. But even then it will not be vanity. No vanity will be found.

In this world we are designed to feel decay, weakness, loss, and a slow and painful fade of beauty and strength ... We won't get to learn these things in the afterlife. It is worth embracing and cherishing ... and those who try to stop or reverse it will ultimately fail at doing so and have an even more bitter disillusionment by the end.

No a breast inplant is not a 'grave sin'. Child abuse, murder, rape, pedophilia are 'grave sins'.
What you choose to do to your own body is no sin at all.
Hurting other people and having intolerance using the name of god as an excuse is a sin.
