Alright so ofcourse if a woman gets a boob job when she's 30, they are probably going to look good. but by the time your 70, do they change much? or do they sag even more because they are bigger? Yes they do sag even worst than natural boobs Eventually they are going to start "sagging" due to gravity. You question got me to wondering too and most websites basically seem to say that you'll eventually need them re-done.
