Light exercise after a breast augmentation? |
I just had breast augmentation surgery on Monday and am now wondering how soon I can start exercising. I'm not in a big hurry because I want to make sure I'm well enough first, and know it may be several weeks till I can lift weights again. However, I was wondering about light exercise such as walking on the treadmill or light leg work such as lunges & squats, without weights of course. I don't want to lose what I have worked so hard for, nice toned legs. Can anyone offer any advice or suggestions??? Thanx a bunch! Consult your surgeon for guidelines. |
