How can we find a strict Baptist plastic surgeon for breast reduction surgery for our 12 year old daughter?

Our daughter is 12 years old (turns 13 in July) and we are not pleased with her breast size and general attitude and sinful appearance and behavior.

We have warned her specifically about her breasts multiple times in the past 2 months that she needs to wear the tighter restraining sports bra that my wife purchased for her that is designed to keep their appearance smaller and not as rude. She makes up bogus complaints about 鈥渦ncomfortable鈥?and so forth with her obvious motivation to sin and have her breasts protrude to unacceptable amount in order most likely to attempt to lure male classmates to commit sin looks at her and we are very angry with her. She has also refused to repent on multiple occasions for this even in the presence of our priest when we took her for priest counsel. It has brought my wife to tears and I am extremely frustrated.

Anyway, we and our priest have decided that since she is unwilling to change her behavior, and we have tried everything else without success, we are going to have her have a breast reduction procedure. However our problem is that we are unable to find a plastic surgeon who is of our faith. Does anyone know how we can find a good plastic surgeon that is strict Baptist, we will not allow our daughter in personal presence with non Baptists as we do not take kindly to pollution from outsiders who tend to impose sin and pollute our good family, particularly our daughter, who seems to have had outside influences that have corrupted her, and given us these trying times in the first place.

If you really are, then I feel very sorry for your poor daughter. You would shame her and make her try to hide what she really looks like because of the way she was made. To no fault of her own. Shame on you.

Dont get her the surgery, that is horrible . She can't help that .

As for her behavior , she is just going through a phase . Pretty much everyone does . But if it doesn't stop or just gets worse , try & get her to see a therapist .

She is only 12 and hasn't finished developing yet so i doubt they would let her get it done. If you are so religious then you should know not to judge people by their looks. You of all people should know this.

If you have raised her so well then you should have a bit of trust in her to do the right thing.

I wouldn't feel comfortable having anyone look at me (you do know the doctor has to look at her breast and decide how much to reduce them by) no matter what religion they are, at this age you're not sure of who you are and you're body and mind are changing so think of how she would feel to have some man or woman who she doesn't know looking at her.

Do you realise a boy can look at a girl and not want to do anything inappropriate with her boys and girls can just be friends.

Doesn't your religion teach you to be accepting of other religions and other people. I am catholic, go to church every Sunday and am very involved in the youth activities at my parish. I go to an all girls catholic school. We learn all the time to accept people who are different to ourselves, what values are you teaching your daughter if you compromising the medical experience for what religion the doctor is.

Don't go through with this she can't help it after all it is partly your genes that made her the way she is.

You can't make your daughter have breast reduction surgery unless she wants to. Besides she has to qualify for it, they don't just give it to anybody. She has to be physically suffering from her breasts, bra digging into shoulders, back aches ect. If she is willing to go through with the procedure though I think you should be more interested in a doctors surgical qualifications than his faith. Doesn't your daughters well being mean anything to you? The doctor could be an aetheist but if he is the best surgeon that would be what was important to me!

Your daughter is becoming a young woman, and you have to deal with the fact that her body is developing faster than you expected. She can't help that.
And for her behavior, it's just a phase. I started that phase at 12, and it still hasn't ended for me. (I'm 13)
My family is jewish, and very religious and it SUCKS because whenever I don't act right, they overreact and take away my guitar, phone, & iPod for like, a month, and they make me go to temple every freakin' week, and the rabbi at my temple hates me cause I'm "disrespectful" during prayer just because I talk to my friends during services.
Plus, I don't even believe in God, which is pretty much the opposite of my religion.
