I had it done two years ago, and it was probably one of the best decisions I've ever made. I decided on surgery because I had a lot of back and shoulder pain from where my bras would dig into my skin. Now, the pain is gone, and I can run and move around much more easily. You can see the scars, but they've faded a lot since surgery. I also have some numbness in one of my breasts, but I don't even notice or mind it at all.

The pain is bearable after the surgery, and you might want to have a friend or relative around to help change the dressings and stuff. The wounds look really gross at first, but they improve as it heals. I stayed in bed for about a week but was able to move around almost immediately afterward. I had to wear a special surgical bra for a while after the surgery and was not allowed to wear bras with underwire for a year, but that wasn't a problem given my smaller size.

My best advice is to get a surgeon whom you feel comfortable with. Ask to look at pictures of their previous operations and let them know all of your concerns in advance. Every surgery carries some risk, but if you think it through and know that it's really what you want then it's worth it.

Well, like any surgery it has it's risks but everyone I have spoken too has absoltely no regrets after having it done. If you breasts are so large that it's uncomfortable to do anything, including excercise and you are getting unwanted attention I would suggest it! You may be much happier person afterwards...I have a friend who had this procedure and she says it was the best decision she'd ever made in her life! :)

i had it done in oct and couldn't be happier. my scars are barely visible and there is no pain. sometimes my boobs will hurt in the morning if i lay on my stomach too long in the nighttime, but other than that, i am very happy.

good luck!

My sister had that done last December,Because for some odd reason she wants them to be tiny tiny like the models...dont ask! lol
But I was with her the whole process and of course it was pain after, but she was up and running about 3-5 weeks later.

I've never had it done (my boobs are small enough as it is! :) but I've heard from lots of different people that it has been a very positive experience! A much better, more useful surgery than augmentation. Good luck with that!

I've never had it done before, personaly i want BIGGER breast. lol.
But my bestfriends mom had it done, and she was happy with the results. She has some scarring on her breast, but it isnt that noticable.

my friend seriously had like size F boobs, so she got them reduced to a small d full c, they looked great! plus, it also allowed her to wear cuter clothes and do more things!

I say go for it!

uhmm i wouldn't know much about this topic but it probably hurts and your porbably going to be pretty unfunctional for a few weeks after....why do you want to change how you are?

iam desperate for your reduction!!

i think its a good idea go for it
