How do I tell my wife subtly that she doesn't need a breast reduction, she needs a "donut reduction"?

She blames her breasts on a sore back -- but, in reality, if she reduced the breasts she'd further look for a bowling pin. She's just HUGE! How can this be said with tact and sincerity?

This problem is a simple one to solve . . . it is obvious to me that all your wife needs is a better, more supportive bra.

Give her the credit card, tell her to go shopping & buy the best . . . tell her money is no object when it comes to her. Tell her to take as long as she likes and buy whatever she wants and have a lovely lunch out while she's at it . . . just remember to tell her to pick up a donut for you on the way home.

Um, well.. you could suggest to her that by losing weight she'd lose all over, including the breasts and would also strengthen her back, reducing the pain... or you could just walk around holding them up for her... lol..

Maybe tell her to talk to her M.D. (not a plastic surgeon, of course they will tell her she needs the surgery).

But if she talks to her primary care M.D. he/she might just tell her she needs to lose weight in general and that would help her back pain. Or maybe you could just bring it up to her in a nice way, like, "Honey, maybe it's not just your breasts that are causing your back pain, but maybe also the weight you carry around your stomach." Would that work?

(I know, as I was writing it I was thinking, "Geez, how do you bring that up?")

Just tell her that when she starts losing weight, one of the first places she will probably lose it is the breasts. If she has breast reduction done, she will end up looking like a boy once the weight starts coming off. She already told you she wanted to lose weight, right?...This could be said with tact and sincerity. Take her bowling. ; )

You always ask such rude questions in here.....judging by your superficial avatar I wouldn't picture you to be with someone fat and ugly...I'd picture you going from relationship to relationship because nothing satisfies you....but that's just an avatar picture. You look too cocky to be with a fat girl...

Maybe if she got the breast reduction it would be easier to work out. Breast tissue has a lot of weight to it. Them girls with implants don't feel the weight of it.

Start a workout and diet plan together. Tell her you feel that YOU gained a little weight since you have been married and you want to lose it.

I agree with you doing it with her...or let her go for the consult maybe the doctor will suggest a weight loss thing which will get the idea through to her. I know I would be more motivated if my husband worked out with me.

Simply say, "Honey, it's not about size, it's about proportion."

get gym memberships tell her you want to get fit and you want her to joiin you. if will give you the chance to be with her more

Have you thought of making the hole in the donuts larger?

That way she is still getting her donut fix but eating less?

Are you concerned about her health or her appearance? There are health issues related to self perception...

and go with her and work out with her...
