Breast reduction surgery works,I saw it on a friend of mine but it doesn't look very good.She has lots of scars and the scars are there because of the technique used in this surgery,not because of the doctor.About the pills I read here:http://www.breastreductionpills.com/,the Alexia pills are here,but onestly I am not sure about the results.
