What is the quickest way to loose weight while breastfeeding?


i know that breastfeeding burns calories, but is there anything i can do to burn extra calories? like exercising during the day, and eating better? is that safe to do? what can i do to speed up my weight loss?

notics the fact that i am BREASTFEEDING! i cant take supplements or anything like that. everything i do has to be natural and without chemicals or vitamins. thanks!

Breastfeeding moms can lose weight! Several diet plans like Weight Watchers or Zone diets can easily be done while still nursing.

Here are some easy tips:

1. Drink lots of water.

2. Schedule in exercise every day. If you can push your baby in a stroller for 20 minutes a day...it will pay off!

3. Avoid the junk food. When you are tired, it is hard to resist, but it will pay off if you do!

4. Fill up on fruits and vegetables...not starchy foods like bread or crackers.

5. Don't start baby on solid foods too early...let their increased appetite be satisfied with breast milk!
