Does there always have to be a resson for someone to have clincal depression? |
To me there can be many factors for someone to have clinically depression or depression like generic gens and on the other hand I have no clue. I have depression and I am trying to figure out why I have been for year. I am getting myself help now I hope in time I'll know. Hi, No. Quite often, there is no identifiable reason for depression. However, genetics does factor into it, and so does the person (their mindset and personality) themselves. I think you will figure out what is making you depressed. Keep exploring your feeling and experiences with your therapist. Typically there is no vivible reason for clinical depression....... that is part of what differentiates it from a normal short term depression. |
