What kind of natural products can help with the depression?


I suffer of depression and I don't want to take medication and antidepressant drugs any more,I would like to go for natural things like teas,or juice,flowers or something else.
I hear that ginseng is good to help with depression.Is that true?What other natural herbs,fruit,vegetables etc can help?
Please just serious answer.

Where can i get the st. johns wort and how do I use it?In tea or how?

St. John's Wort seems helpful for mild depression. However, it can take 3 to 6 weeks before you feel positive effects.Omega 3 oils are recommended for treatment of depression. Certain fish, especially salmon, are a good supply of omega 3. If you're vegetarian, you can take omega 3 capsules, especially flax seed oil. If you google for omega 3, you can find foods that contain lots of omega 3. For psychological issues, try to find omega 3 in a form that has high levels of EPA.

Yes, fruits and vegetables definitely help. So will working out and taking some supplements such as XIAO YAO WAN (free and easy wanderer) and 5HTP which is stong dose of St Johns Wort. Something that I really enjoy is going out to the woods and picking st johns wort when it is fresh in season then making a oil out of it with almond oil. All you do is stick the fresh st johns wort in a small mason jar, pack it in pretty tightly then you fill it up with the almond oil put a lid on it then store it away in a dark cool place make sure you shake it for a few minutes once a day. It takes a few weeks before its ready to use. I spread it on bread or whatever compliments the flavor and I also rub it into my skin which is very effective and makes your skin beautiful! i don't know about ginseng, but i would go for a better sleeping schedule, daily exercise, and healthy eating, as well as trying st. johns wort.

I always found that Omega 3 Fish Oil works the best - it is an essential fatty acid.
