i know i got some form of depression but i dont feel like i deserve to feel better. why? =[ ~~~Amen~~~ Symptoms of Major Depression when you have depression is comes from a lack of self esteem and some other things. I dont know you personally so I cant really say whats wrong, different depressions have different symptoms and things that make them tick. deep down you know you dont deserve it, but there is just something there that says you DO deserve to feel crappy. I suffered from depression as well. You may feel gross, and that you never deserve to feel better but believe me, you do. You are such an important part of life. Your a star in your own way, and you need to understand that you should feel better. Please get help if you really cant feel better.
