Does any of the eye drops that treat Dry-eye contain steroids? |
I'm really worry about eye drops, I have dry eye syndrome and once in the past I got a very high eyes pressure because I have used a steriod eye drops to treat my itchy eyes. Anyway, it's safe to use any of the dry-eye eyedrops? they don't contain steroids? No dry eye drops or artificial tears contain steroids unless specifically they state they do. Those that contain steroids require a prescription from your doctor and are not available for sale over the counter. If your doctor is prescribing the drops then you should make them aware of this problem. Otherwise you can buy any drops over the counter yourself |
