My question is about dancers with eating disorders?

why would dancers have a eating disorder they look fine the way are.

Ballerinas need to be extremely thin

once again there is a big premium on being both light and thin for a certain look. Much like models.

My wife studies this all the time and gives lectures as well. The competition is fierce and if one is not willing to do what amount to very bad things someone else will. The industry is very much to blame.
