Juice recipes that would cure gerd.? Google the acid/alkaline diet. You can cure GERD pretty easily by eating an alkaline diet. I did about a year ago. I ate fruits, vegetables, whole wheat pastas and bread. Honey is alkaline so that's good for heartburn. I always drink water with a little lemon in it. Never just plain water. Don't eat meats, sodas, alcohol, white breads, pastas, eggs or sugary foods. Most foods are acid in your system as you will find out if you read up on this diet. Anyway, I'm back to eating pretty much anything I want to now. So I know this type of diet does work. Good luck to you. Can't promise a cure, but in general, I would recommend ginger juice. But a really great thing to take too is DGL licorice tablets (De-Glycyrrhizinated Licorice). If you don't already know about this, you should do a google search and read. Other good GERD remedies are slippery elm, dandelion root, chamomile, and roman chamomile, and licorice root tea. Good luck. try eating a stick of raw celery- it works extremely well, as celery is very alkaline and balances the acidity. |
