Sounds like you really need to go to the doctor. They have medications now that not only help your GERD but will repair it also. I have been on Omeprazol for a few years now and I only have to take it once in a while now. It was taken everyday at first but it repaired my problem and now I onlyl need it like once a week. Ask your doctor for something. It will really fix the problem you are having.
