Help with questions about genetic testing!?

I need to make up 5 questions about genetic testing and health insurance coverage for an interview for a science project. I'm stuck, please help!

It has to relate to cancer and the risk of defective genes being inherited. Help!

Well, first you could talk about genetic engineering and how viruses are useful for genetic testing.
You could also try talking about the genetically engineered goats whose milk produce substances we use in medicine.

It also depends on who you are interviewing. If you're 'interviewing' a classmate, then you should be able to get away with simpler questions.

Add: If it has to do with cancer, ask questions like
"Cancer is a type of mutation. How do mutations like these occur?"
