i have simple question can neoaspirin the cream version treat genital herpes or genital warts? does it help go away or its used for somethine else?

NO! you cant! because this things are caused by virus!
talking about genital warts that caused by HPV virus then you can get rid of genital warts but not from virus - it stays in your body forever!

you can remove genital warts by surgery, freezing, laser or acid but genital warts can reappear again and again because genital warts appears when your immune system is weak! so you must build up your immune system because it is possible that your body can get rid of genital warts by itself if your immune system will be strong! so eat more healthy food, more vitamins and more sport activities!

Medications
Genital warts treatments that can be applied directly to your skin include:

Imiquimod (Aldara). This cream appears to boost your immune system's ability to fight genital warts. Avoid sexual contact while the cream is on your skin. It may weaken condoms and diaphragms and may irritate your partner's skin.
Podophyllin and podofilox (Condylox). Podophyllin is a plant-based resin that destroys genital wart tissue. Your doctor must apply this solution. Podofilox contains the same active compound, but can be safely applied by you at home. Your doctor may want to administer the first application of podofilox, and will recommend precautionary steps to prevent the medication from irritating surrounding skin. Never apply podofilox internally. Additionally, this medication isn't recommended for use during pregnancy.

It might help heal herpes sores but it probably won't do much for genital warts. By the way herpes and genital warts are NOT caused by the same virus. These things are cause by a virus and neosporin only treats minor cuts and burns that you cause when you fall or get burned by some thing that was too hot.
You will need to go to the doctor and get properly diagnosed find out what it is for sure. Have them run a test for herpes and genital warts. Once you find out what they are then get the proper treatment from your doctor.
