What causes glaucoma? (in simple terms...that i can understand..)?

in simple terms the eye has a fluid inside it called the aqueous humor it maintains the pressure of the eye ,anything leading to increased production or decreased drainage of this fluid causes glaucoma

Pressure on the optic nerve (fluid pressure).
That pressure pressed on the eye and lead to blindness.
It can be managed with surgery, if treated early enough.
