Do I need to remiburse my personal health insurance plan for claims they have paid? |
They have an $ 11,000 lien asserted "at fault party". That party's insurance carrier says they are not liable but that they will offer me up to $ 5,000 under their Medical Payments provision. I have approx $ 2,500 in actual expenses that were not covered by my insurance company. Do I have a right to claim the $2,500 without having to reimburse my own carrier? I live in Wisconsin.
