How do I find cheap and decent health insurance in Vermont?

I'm looking for health insurance that will be affordable (read under $100 a month) and have fairly decent coverage.

Also I would very much like coverage that will start very soon after applying, the sooner the better.

Any one have any suggestions?

The State of Vermont's Catamount health insurance can be much cheaper than for-profit insurance. You can call the phone number but they won't tell you how much your premium will be. Fill out the 8-page application and send it in.
