At what age should I begin getting checked for cancer/high blood pressure?

I've been told I should most likely get checked earlier than most because my mother had precancerous cells in her cervix, my grandfather died of some kind cancer, and my great grandmother died of breast cancer. I'm 15, and how early do people mean by early?

Both of my parents also have high blood pressure. My mom said not to worry about that until my twenties or thirties, but I'd like to get some second opinions on how early checks like these should start.

well in cervical cancer is you main concern, you should be tested every two years from the time you become sexually active, or if you are over the age of 18 and not sexually active, every two years on and after your 18th birthday.
as for high blood pressure, you look for symptoms such as dizziness, hot flushes, extremely strong pulse, but i wouldnt worry to much, even though these problems are within your family doesnt really mean you will suffer from them and even so they my take 20-30 years before they become and problem. Your young dont be worrying about stuff like this.

My fiance's parents both have had cancer. Its good to get checked as soon as possible but the best way to lower your chances of getting it is by having a healthy diet
.
There are healthy supplements ESPECIALLY those that have Tocotrienols.

Please google "tocotrienols and cancer" they cure/help/protect. My fiance found a product that has it and has been using them.

Good luck
