Does anyone know if apple cider vinegar helps with Irritable Bowel Syndrome? I tried yogurt to cure my IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and it did not help me at all. As said above it depends on what kind of IBS you suffer from. Maybe you need probiotics or detox your body. Just read this website for more help. What I do is try and eat a bit more fiber- If you eat white bread, switch to honey wheat or whole wheat. Be careful of the amount of iron you take in. This will cause the reverse of fiber. (this includes apples). I have heard it might but don't know the details. Look for apple cider vinegar made with live cultures, or it wont do you much good. Kombucha could also be helpful. It definitely does!!!!!!!!! my sister has a severe case of IBS and ever since she started taking apple cidar vinegar shes been 95% better!!! It also cures hpv warts and detoxifies the blood! As a rule, it should help, but it depends on the IBS sufferers specific sensitivities. More likely probiotics and enzymes with meals will help more. It will cleanse the bowels, blood, and is good for the body! It should help but I think yogurt would work better |
