Irritable Bowel Syndrome (cramping)? |
My Doctor says that I might Have irritable bowel syndrome. We're going to do some tests soon. But yesterday I ate pizza, smoothie, steak, corn and ice cream through out the entire day. And at the end of the day i had HORRIBLE stomach pain...i was going to go to the emergency room. (that's how much it hurt) and i was constipated for a little while... then I tried to use the restroom one more time and i had a LOAD of diarhea. The pain went away after that. Also my stomach was rumbling VERY LOUDLY. Is this a sign of something more serious? P.S. the things i ate during the day were what my doctor told me not to eat...i just couldn't resist. I think that you should make sure you get enough fiber, take a supplement if you have to. I like Fiber-Choice the best. |
