Liposuction and it looks the same as before,?

I had hips liposuction about 2 weeks ago, the first 2-3 days i was almost satisfied with the result, but it got bigger and bigger,
I feel like my doctor didn't even take any fat out of my hips, i wanted to know if anyone has the same experience as me,
Because I asked my doctor and its so obvious that the doctor never says if he didn't do a good job, he told me its gonna get better, please help me,

it might be swelling. just wait it out and see.
