Menstrual problem and a cyst!!! please help!?

I am 16 years old and I haven't had my menstrual cycle for almost 5 months now. I am starting to get worried. I have done an ultrasound and found out that there is a cyst in one of my ovaries. My family doctor didn't even tell me about it. I found out about the cyst through the ultrasound-guy when i went back for my second ultrasound (the doctor had mentioned something about a cyst on my ultrasound form). the second time (2-3 weeks later) he said that the cyst was gone.I haven't had a chance to talk to my doctor yet but I am going to see my doctor tomorrow to go over the results from the first and second ultrasounds. I'm so nervous and I can't sleep.

what caused the cyst? should I be worries? Am I infertile? :(
would the cyst just disappear after 2-3 weeks?

In the past six months I've been working out (not a lot though) and eating much healthier than i used to. Would that cause my cycle to stop?

Hon, I'm sorry you're going through this, and I have to say that I'm sorry I don't know the answer to it, but I just wanted to say you might wanna ask this in "women's health" section, it's under the health category. You would probably get better answers there , but no one can know better than your own doctor.
So, wait and talk to your doctor tomorrow. I'm sure everything is fine.
Good luck!
