I have menstrual problem since 2 yrs and my periods skip for 1 to 2 months. help me to find a right solution? |
i had diagnosed the problem with a gynecologist and she asked me to take few blood tests. i took the blood tests and found that i have less hemoglobin count. she gave me some tablets but the cure was for temporary. then few months later when started facing the same problem i consulted a homeopathy doctor and right now taking those medicines. but still completely not cured from my menstrual problem. what kind of diet should i follow to come out of this problem? Better take a second medical opinion. You can try yoga, it can really help. I can recommend a one hour yoga practice, you can set up your own practice by choosing which all asanas you want to do. You can try an iron supplement or eat more iron rich foods. You should consider seeing an internist about why your hemoglobin is low. take ur diet properly don't take any type of tension take diet time to time i wish soon u will be out of this problem always be happy |
