Wrinkles on face caused by obesity?


I got some wrinkles starting from my nose to the top of my lips whenever I smile because I gained a alot weight.

If I lose some weight will they go away?

no. they'll probably get deeper. when you gain weight you stretch the skin.

**You can lose body weight but losing it from face ordinarily takes much longer - a year or more. But I have good news. I managed to lose weight quickly from face and also neck by quite intensive self massaging and it greatly diminished mouth lines also.

Basic vigorous face massage : Use oil liberally(olive is good). Tighten skin first so there is no skin pulling or stressing, by opening mouth 3/4", pulling lips back firmly against teeth - tightens most of face. Use a forward and back motion - circular massage is not effective. Do with finger tips, sometimes front of fingers and palms depending where you are massaging. Do over and over using smaller sweeps rather than very large ones. But larger sweeps are good for cheek areas. Use front of four fingers held together(both hands)and sweep from mouth area to cheek bones and back. Do many times and fast.
Chin area: Rest thumbs under chin then massage with first three fingers of both hands held together at 45 degrees.from chin point to lower cheek.
Place both palms on face with index fingers close to front of ears and four fingers held together. Massage vigorously up and down from chin to temples.
I'm sure you can figure out how to do rest of face, but if you can't, do searches of my many other answers. Some give detailed instructions of how best to massage to lose face fat and get rid of all wrinkles and lines.

Mouth lines:
Massage forward and back directly on the entire length of mouth lines. Do very fast for 1 to 2 min initially. Increase daily. Lines are stubborn so do for 1 min. or more 4 or 5 times a day for fast, impressive results.

Face and hand muscles may ache at start but quickly adjust. Increase gradually to very vigorously. Stop and resume when you can if get soreness.

Getting a leaner face: Treatment is perfect for that. Focus on places you want to slim. Ideally work up to a daily massage of 30 minutes(not necessarily in one session) for best and fastest results. Skin will tighten a lot in a week and you will also see face getting leaner and more chiseled looking. Massaging neck will also help slim neck and face. Place right hand on neck. From just to left of chin point sweep all the way to back of neck and back. Do 12 to 15 times very fast(it's surprising how quickly you learn to do that).Do same for left side using left hand.

Everyone who saw me after treatment said I had lost a great deal of weight. In reality I weighed the same except I had a skinnier face and I had lost the mouth lines.
