How do you feel about obesity?

Do you feel ashamed of the way society has become or does it motivate you to keep your weight under control?

I think obesity is an issue that is easily resolvable through diet and exercise, but I'm indifferent of the media's portayal of being "healthy". The quick Slimfast/Jenny Craig/Nutrisystem diets are all attempts for companies to gain a source of income. Also celebrities who are promoting a double zero image is just a negative image that girls should look up to.
However, shows like the Biggest Loser motivate me to:
a)exercise
b) eat right
c) never end up like the contestants were before.

i think its so stupid how food has become a huge deal to everyone, if people didnt think about it so much and got out more there would be ALOT less obese people. and im ashamed of the way people have become to lazy.
and yes, seeing the troubles obese people have because of their lifestyle does make me want to watch my weight.x

And it makes me wanna bash the creator of the Fat Acceptance movement, or, the Fat Acceptance Team (FAT).
