Whats the best over the counter Allergy medicine for plug,bloody,runny nose,itchy watery eyes,coughing-mucus.?

You should stay away from over the counter or prescription meds. They will dry your body out and cause serious damage to the sinuses and, over time, the kidneys-read the warning labels-they say "dry mouth" or something on that idea. How could only your mouth be dry?
Take a teaspoon of LOCAL honey each day and your body will naturally develop immunity to all the air born irritants around you.
If your sinuses are getting infected, rinse them out with warm salt water, inhale a teaspoon at a time. This will shrink the nasal passages, kill any infection and heal up the cracks. Rinse again with plain warm water and don't blow your nose too hard.

Can start out with Benadryl or Sudafed.......I personally like the shorter acting Benadryl (diphenhydramine). Can also check with a pharmacist to see what he/she recommends, but they may recommend the 24h relief.......the problem with that is that you can't turn it off when you want, and difficulty sleeping.

Mucinex.

zyrtec! it works great! i have the worst allergies and its the only thing that has worked for me.
