wow what a broad question....well firstly smoking intereferes with blood flow to the gums so firstly if u have any extractions etc healing is delayed and at a high risk of dry socket....because of this interference it also hides gum disease because ur gums wont bleed as much as they should for u to suspect that u have gum disease.....aesthetically it also causes alot of staining and dry mouth is another side effect!!!!
