Oral health question - what are these white marks in my mouth?

I went to my doctor and she thought it was thrush but the Nystatin she gave me made no difference.They are not sore and I can scrape the white residue away with my fingernail but I don't know what it is.They cover all over the inside of my mouth and when I scrape it away there is no bleeding or any discomfort

Its normal, its the saliva accumulation
