I have osteoarthritis so cannot do a lot of high impact does anyone know of a DVD that will help me?

I am unable to lie on floor and suffer back pain help!

I don't know about a dvd but low impact exercises such as swimming are often best for conditions such as OA.

LOL im sure i saw an advert on TV advertising a osteoarthritis DVD today!!!!

You need to join an aqua areobics class so there is no impact on your joints.

Swimming or water aerobics at the Y might be a good thing for you.
