My hip osteoarthritis has suddenly deteriorated today. ?

I'm in pain all the time and movement has suddenly become much more painful. I'm due to see my consultant for a review in March but why has it suddenly got worse?

it is all down to the cold ,damp wet weather, we are havimg , it affects the joints i am afraid, just take the pain killers the dr gave you, and it is also a sign that rain is on the way, my joints always play up, before it rains, know the feeling only to well.
