PLEEEEEASE HELP> PAIN MANAGEMENT?

I am a 16 year old guy on varsity tennis. I stress fractured my distill femur last year so I wasn't able to play. This year I have tendinitis and inflammation in both knees and osgood slaughters in both. The main problem is my tendinitis in my achilles tendon on BOTH ankles. Its on both sides of my achilles. I ice before and after practice and take ibuprofen.....I wrap and tape and I am in soooo much pain especially in my ankles. last night it was really swollen.... What can I do...

The ankles are my main fight now what can I or my doctor do to correct this problem

What does your doctor suggest? Follow his advice. Try taking it easy on your body.

Check into a rehabilitation doctor. Not for drugs but muscles, etc.
