If I drive for about an hour I get pain in my pelvic area,butt and down my thighs.Goes away after I walk.Help!?

The pain also starts a burning sensation. I feel like I have severe arthritis.

I agree with Rebel Without A Cause. It sounds a lot like a pinched nerve or something similar. My parents both had trouble with that, my dad in his back and my mom with her psiatic nerve.

Just a shot in the dark. Possibly a pinched nerve in the hip or lower back area.

you just need to stretch
