Lower Back & Pelvic Pain?

I am in my early 20's and for the last few years I have had lower back pain, its a really dull ache and when I lay on my back the pain moves into my front area...I think it is my pelvic pain. I attended physio for about 3 months and had no luck - does any one no what could be causing this pain? The physio said that my pelvis was squint! But she thought she fixed this

It could be anything, nerve problem, muscle problem, kidneys or a number of other things...It is impossible to answer your question without knowing what the actual problem is. Ask your Doctor for a referral for a CT or MRI scan.
The wrong type of treatment or exercises can do more damage than good and you need to have your back properly diagnosed prior to ANY treatment.
Again you do need to have a CT / MRI scan or such done before allowing ANYONE to touch your back.

Get a professional opinion from the radiologist doing the scan in his report to your doctor and then go from there.

I would be inclined to go and see a chiropractor who will be able to access the reason for your pain. You would need to find out how much the initial consultation fee is before you commit yourself.

I found them to be beneficial when I had a similar problem. My chiropractor told me what the problem was and advised me to go back to my Gp for x-rays and referral.

My hips were out of alignment due to a disc problem. She realigned my hips and spine and then I went to see me GP for hospital referral where it was discovered that my botom disc and degenerated. After three operations the pain is still evident but it is now under control.

So don't bother with a physio you need expert advice and a chiropractor is just that.
