Uterus or pelvic pain dont know?

My doc put me on birth controls again on april the 6th and my cycle is 22days. My period was a week late. Back in 2007 I had my right ovary remove because I had a cyst on it. Well on sat when i was looking for a prom dress Im 18 by the way. But my pelvic or uterus was hurting so bad and at that time I was even though I wouldn't know if i mightiv been pregnant or not bleeding light blood was pink at 1st. Than I was about to pass out and i was getting cold chills etc.Which Im still hurting today coudlve just been the yaz birth controlls?

i think you should go to the doctor. anything inside of you that is causing you to passout needs to be looked at. even if he says its just the pills it better to be safe the sorry. good luck

Yes, it could have been the pills. I had a very similar experience and it continued until I got off the pills (yaz).
It could also be an ovarian cyst rupturing. I've had this happen and the pain was so bad I couldn't stand up. I had to be taken into the ER. For some women, when cysts rupture, they can leak fluid which could be clear or light pink.

You still need to see your dr, you need to make sure it isn't anything more serious.
