Is constant pelvic pain normal during first trimester of pregnancy?

I can hardly sleep or sit still because of it, but everyone says it's fine as long as I'm not bleeding. But it feels too uncomfortable and constant to be normal..

Hmm yes...

i had it when i was aprund 7-8 weeks.. and it comes and goes often..

my OB said its just the uterus adjusting with the baby's weight.. (u knw once it was empty and now its bearing some amt of weight,,)

Well get used to it Lol. I'm in my second trimester and still experience every once and awhile cramping and aches. You're body is making room for your soon to be bulging belly. You're right, as long as there is no bleeding you're fine. Just asked the OBGYN yesterday=) I was worried too, dont stress about it, you will have bleeding if there is a problem. Talk to your OBGYN about it.
