Anyone with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome tried natural treatment with herbs?

Please tell me which ones you took and if it helped. I am taking 7 different supplements and herbs at the moment and it is costing an arm and a leg. I just don;t want to use the pill. THERE MUST BE ANOTHER WAY!! Please help

As my love Dr Frank says, it really is a waste of time and money venturing down the alternative therapy road. There is no scientific evidence that supports the use of natural herbs/treatments for PCOS being effective or beneficial in any way, this is why the herbs are not working.

I'm afraid there is no other way.

I'm a guy, so I don't have ovaries.
I know a woman who had PCOS and all she did was keep a good diet and did regular exercise. That seemed to work for her. So try that.

I am afraid you are just going to continue wasting both your time and your money. Much as you would like either a magic wand or indeed a magic potion, there is none I am afraid.
