First of all it's extremely unlikely that you would have PCOS at your age, it happens on average between 5 and 10% in young women, it is not uncommon having recently gone through puberty to have irregular periods.

You should never be embarrassed about asking your doctor about anything to do with your health, hopefully your doctor is a lady but it doesn't matter if not, they are used to dealing with all aspects of the human body day in and day out, they will have heard your anxieties a thousand times and will be sympathetic in their discussion with you.

Don;t be embarrased to go to the doctor. They have dealt with much more embarrasing situations than this before! If you think you may have POS it is very important to go and get it checked out. At the least it will put your mind at rest. You should go before you leave it too late.

what, how are you ever going to know if you dont go to the doctors and test you, my friend has polycystic ovary's and she needs medication and so do you.. there's nothink to be embarrest of that

book an appointment with a different doctor or female nurse.
Talk to your Auntie about this asweel see if she can help
Hope this helped and Good Luck
