Hips and pelvis with pregnancy? |
I found out I was pregnant and under the circumstances I chose to have a surgical abortion this past February. I know that my hips/pelvis loosen to make room for the baby to grow, however my hips have not moved back together. They're still high up, and it's hard to bend at my waist. Has this happened to any one or know what's going on? A hormone is released during pregnancy that causes your hips to widen to allow for the baby and the upcoming delivery. Some women do go back to their pre-pregnancy size by many do not ever have narrow hips again after pregnancy. You can look for yoga or other exercises to do to try to attain your previous figure. |
