What kind of exercise is ok during pregnancy?

The type of excercise depends on how fit is your condition. For early pregnancy, pretty much you can do dancing, swimming, walking,yoga, cardio (but avoid bouncing)...
If are starting to excercise, walking (moderately brisk pace 3x/ week) and swimming are better choice.

However, listen to you body during excercise, as well as, ask your doctor permission to avoid any complication or risk.
