Does taking steroids during a pregnancy create a super baby? |
It sounds funny but my friend is a beast at every sport and is an animal compared to all of his brothers and sisters. I asked him why and he said it was because his mother took steroids when she was pregnant. Is this really why? Well doctors give pregnant women steriods, to speed up the baby's lung development, if the mother is in danger of having the baby prematurely. I don't know any other effects steriods have on an unborn child, besides that. Good question Crash. To be totally honest, Im very sure that taking steroids while pregnant may cause birth defects (in some cases). Maybe this has something to do with your friend. Or he just has talent and confidence. Think about it. If you do things that you love and are good at, then you become the best at it. Never limit yourself on anythng. Gotta stay confident dude. Also, practice makes perfect. If you want to be the best at anything, practice more often, even when you have nothing else to do. And believe in yourself. I know this might sound gay but its true.
